Don't ever quit, don't give up nor ever give in,
God will show you His faithfulness once again,
Don't lose heart and don't throw in the towel,
Even while Satan roars and stays on the prowl,
Don't give up, don't lose heart, don't you ever quit,
Cling to God's promises by faith get a firmer grip,
Resolved plod ahead each day and fresh courage take,
Never giving up or giving in for Almighty Christ's sake,
The long awaited breakthrough will surely come at last,
Then those dreaded trials will be viewed only from our past.
