Is your faith external or internal? Many people have an external faith. It is visible to others. It is obvious by the many outward things a person does.
Others have an internal faith. It is hidden. Not as obvious or visible to others.
Here is the rub. It is possible to have an external faith and not have a true authentic faith or relationship with the Lord. A person could be baptized, attend services faithfully, tithe, attend Bible study, sing in the choir or praise team, serve on a committee, go on a mission trip and not truly have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. This is blatant hypocrisy.
The truth is we all should have an authentic internal faith that works its way out in external ways. Faith without works is dead. Works without faith is just religious activity.
Is your faith external or internal? I hope we truthfully say it is both.
