One day things will change. One day the prayers will be answered. One day he trial will end. One day the burden will lift. One day the tears will dry, the heart will mend, hope will return, and joy will be experienced. One day laughter will replace grieving.
One day the lost will be saved. One day the book will get published. One day the debt will be paid. One day the healing will come. One day the job will be offered and the closed doors will be opened. One day God will breakthrough. One will victory will be gained. One day the finals will end. One day graduation will come. One day wedding bells will ring.
The trouble is so many give up before the one day comes. When the sought after outcome delays many just give up. They give in and give up.
Fix your hope on the one day. Who knows when it will be. You will awaken one day. It will be just like other days. Normal in every way. You will awake at the normal time. Eat the normal breakfast and prepare to go through the normal day. Somewhere in that seemingly normal day God will step in and intervene in an abnormal way. When the time is right God will come through
O, let us press on to the one day. The greatest one day of all will be the day when God calls the saints home. What a glorious day when we get to leave this world behind for eternity in heaven. A day no eye has seen nor ear heard what God has in store for His followers. May we press on to one day.
